Happy 1st Day of Fall!

Fall is my favorite part of the year. Jeans and sweatshirts, leaves falling and opening the windows to let in the crisp fresh air.

I love it!

Now we just have to wait for the pumpkin patch to open.

I do love this time of year!!!

The Great State Fair of Oklahoma!

Ok...I know I am behind. Alex has been to the doctor twice since my latest postings...Billie once and I had a refill from the last time I had a sinus thing. Plus - I have been out of town again for work. I know, I know...no excuses.

Last Saturday, we went to the State Fair to see my parents and to watch Uncle Will show his cattle. I have included a picture of Alex and William riding a camel. It was hilarious! Also, a video of my little bro (getting really big now - he is 11) showing his girls. The larger heifer is Topaz and the smaller one is Bunny. We also had to ride some rides - so enjoy the video of Alex.

Flashback Friday! (A day late.)

Here is one of the 1st pictures of Alexandra...so precious! I can't believe that she will be 4 in November.

Quote of the Day - Another dandy by Alexandra McGinnis

"I don't want to go to school today. I am tired of sitting in Group and learning." Gotta love her!

Thought for the Day

Live so that when your children hear these words they think of you...fairness, caring, integrity, honesty, love, trust.

Flashback Friday!

Well, I have been out of town and wearing my nurses hat this week, so I am a little behind on posting. I am taking Alex to the doctor today. She has been running a 100+ temp for 2 days now and is complaining of a sore throat. I sure hope that since we had the adenoids removed this summer and not the tonsils that we don't start to have other problems.

Anyways...In honor of seeing my brother William tomorrow, here is a Friday Flashback of him. This was taken about 4 years ago. (He is 11 years old now - can you believe that?) Enjoy this one...
